GMSA has identified a select number of Retailers that meet specific requirements relating to service levels offered to Fleet Customers.

These retailers have undertaken to ensure that the highest levels of service are offered and maintained.

• Fleet Intensive Retailers have met or exceeded GMSA's stringent requirements with regard to Customer Satisfaction as measured independently on a monthly basis
• Dedicated staff identified and trained to satisfy the needs and transport solutions of Fleet customers
• Ability to offer Fleet customers a variety of finance solutions designed to meet Fleet specific requirements
• Ability to offer Fleet customers a variety of Fleet management solutions
• Availability of Fleet specific evaluation units
• Availability of courtesy vehicles for Fleet customers in the event of technical issues (conditions apply)
• Flexible service arrangements to meet customer requirements
• Regular contact by Retailer with Fleet customers

In addition, GMSA has a dedicated team of Fleet Specialists ready to assist these retailers in any way that will ensure a positive experience when purchasing or servicing a GMSA product.
